AI automation for operational businesses
We embed AI into the workflows your business already runs on: quoting, dispatch, scheduling, fleet, finance and compliance. It runs inside Sage, HubSpot, Salesforce or the ERP you have quietly built, and a senior engineer writes it end to end.
- First system live
- 4 to 8 weeks
- Commercial model
- Fixed scope, fixed fee
- Platform licence
- None from us
- Delivery
- Senior-led, never sub-contracted
What AI automation actually means here
It does not mean a chatbot on your website. It means taking a repeatable operational process that currently runs on human attention, and writing software that performs the steps which do not need judgement, while routing everything that does to a named person on your team.
A quote request arrives by email. Today someone reads it, finds the customer in the CRM, checks pricing in a spreadsheet, looks up stock, writes the quote, sends it, and sets a reminder to chase. Six of those seven steps are mechanical. One needs commercial judgement. Automation does the six and hands you the one.
That is the whole idea. We are not trying to remove your people. We are trying to stop them spending their week on the mechanical six.
How we work
1. Map the workflow on a real day
A senior engineer sits with your team while the work is actually happening. Not a workshop, not a Miro board. We watch where the day really runs: the spreadsheets, the WhatsApp group, the dispatcher's notebook, the twelve places nobody documented.
2. Integrate with what you already run
We connect into Sage, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft 365 and custom ERPs. There is no platform migration and no rip and replace. If your data is messy, and it usually is, we clean and connect only what the system needs to work rather than running a data project first.
3. Automate the repeatable steps
Agents take the steps that do not need a human. Exceptions route back to a senior person for review, with the full context attached. Authority increases more slowly than capability: an agent that drafts is low risk, an agent that can send or approve is a different category and gets an approval gate.
4. Ship, then measure
Working software in production, not a strategy deck. The same senior engineer runs it from kickoff to handover. Once it is live we state the value in numbers: time saved, exceptions caught, cost avoided.
Where the saving usually is
Six patterns account for most of the first-project value we see in operational SMEs.
- Quote desk automation. Enquiry to priced quote without the copy and paste.
- Accounts payable invoice automation. Extract, match to the purchase order, flag duplicates, prepare the posting data.
- Dispatch and scheduling. Jobs, crews and assets allocated without the morning phone round.
- Compliance reporting. Certificates, inspections and records assembled and chased automatically.
- Finance workflows. Reconciliation, credit control and month-end pressure reduced.
- Customer support. Approved answers reused, and the hard cases routed to a human with full history.
We pick one, ship it, and let the result decide what comes next. Starting with six workstreams at once is how these programmes die.
What it costs and how we charge
We quote fixed scope and a fixed fee. Never a day rate, because a day rate pays us to be slow.
- Milestone terms of 20/30/50. Twenty percent to start, thirty at the midpoint, fifty on completion.
- No platform licence from us. You pay Microsoft, Azure or HubSpot direct, at your own rates, and you own the tenant. If you stop working with us, nothing switches off.
- Support in blocks after handover, rather than a retainer you cannot exit.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days and carry the acceptance criteria in writing.
Where the shape of the work is not yet clear we start with a fixed-price discovery, and it converts into the build price if you go ahead. If we do not think there is a case, we say so and you keep the discovery output.
Common questions
Typically four to eight weeks for the first working system. We do not run a discovery phase that bills for a workshop. A senior engineer sits with your team on a real day, then writes the working version.

Plain English is fine. We'll ask the technical questions on the call, and if we're not the right fit we'll say so on the first one.
