AI automation for logistics and fleet operations

Allocation, utilisation, compliance and proof of delivery. Logistics runs on a schedule that changes all day, and on a paperwork trail that has to survive an audit.

The schedule is the business

In a logistics or fleet operation, the schedule is not an administrative artefact. It is the product. Everything else, the CRM, the finance system, the compliance register, exists to support what the fleet does today.

Which is why the schedule usually lives with one very capable person, in a spreadsheet, adjusted by phone. That works until volume grows, or until they take a holiday, and it means nobody upstream can see what is committed without asking them.

Where fleet operators see the first return

Allocation and re-planning

Jobs matched to drivers and vehicles against the constraints that actually bind: licences and certifications, hours, vehicle capacity and service schedules, customer time windows and SLAs. When the day falls apart, the system proposes a re-plan instead of triggering a phone round. See dispatch and scheduling automation.

Compliance and driver records

Licences, certifications, vehicle inspections and service intervals in one register that chases itself, so the expiry that grounds a vehicle is caught weeks out rather than on the morning. See compliance reporting automation.

Proof of delivery and exception handling

Delivery evidence captured, matched to the job and made searchable, so a customer query is answered in a minute rather than by someone digging through a folder of photographs.

Utilisation and cost reporting

Revenue and cost per vehicle, per route and per customer, updating on its own rather than being rebuilt into a spreadsheet each Monday.

03

What we do not do

We do not replace your transport management system, and we would be suspicious of anyone who suggested it as a first move. We integrate into what you run, including telematics feeds where they exist, and we put the automation in the gaps between systems, which is where the time is actually going.

We also do not automate a decision that carries safety or compliance consequence without a human gate. An agent can propose an allocation; it does not put an uncertified driver or an out-of-service vehicle on a job, and it does not send a customer commitment without approval.

04

Common questions

No. We integrate into what you already run, including telematics where you have it, and put the automation into the gaps between systems. That is where the time is going, not inside the TMS itself.

Plain English is fine. We'll ask the technical questions on the call, and if we're not the right fit we'll say so on the first one.
