Privacy notice.
Plain English. What we collect when you visit aipartners.tech or send us a brief, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights under UK GDPR and equivalent regulations.
1. Who we are
AI Partners is the data controller for any personal data we process through this site. We operate in Abu Dhabi, London and Riyadh. For privacy questions, write to info@aipartners.tech.
2. What we collect
- Brief form. When you send a brief, we collect your name, company, email address and the message you write. You provide all of this directly.
- CRM Fit Finder. When you complete the CRM Fit Finder, we collect your answers about how your business operates (sales, service, reporting, automation, integrations and budget) and your contact details, so we can produce a preliminary CRM Fit Report. We ask only about your operating model — never for passwords, API keys, customer lists or financial statements. We store your answers, a deterministic score and a generated report, and use a one-way hash of your IP solely to prevent duplicate submissions.
- Analytics (only with your consent). Page views, referring URL, browser and device type, approximate country derived from IP, time on page. Collected via Google Analytics only after you click Accept on the cookie banner.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records the request URL, IP address, response code, timestamp and rough geography on every request — for security, debugging and abuse-prevention.
We do not run advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not maintain customer accounts on this site.
3. Why we collect it (lawful basis)
- Brief form: legitimate interest + pre-contract. You sent us a brief because you want a reply. We need your contact details to give you one.
- Analytics: consent. For visitors in the UK, EEA and Switzerland, GA only fires after you click Accept on the banner. Outside those regions, consent is the visitor's choice — we display the same banner everywhere.
- Server logs: legitimate interest. We need request logs to keep the site online, secure and debuggable.
4. Who we share it with
The site is built on three third-party services:
- Web3Forms (web3forms.com) — receives brief-form submissions from your browser and relays them to us by email. Acts as our data processor.
- Google Analytics(google.com) — receives anonymised page-event data when you consent. Acts as our data processor under Google's standard terms.
- Vercel(vercel.com) — hosts the site, terminates HTTPS and processes server logs. Acts as our data processor under Vercel's data processing agreement.
We do not share personal data with anyone else. We do not transfer brief submissions to advertising platforms, mailing lists or third-party CRMs without telling you on a follow-up call.
5. International transfers
Google, Web3Forms and Vercel all process data outside the UK and EEA, principally in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-US and UK-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses, which provide the safeguards UK GDPR requires.
6. How long we keep it
- Brief submissions. Up to 36 months from receipt so we can follow up if a project becomes relevant later. You can ask us to delete sooner.
- Analytics events.Google's default retention period (currently 14 months). Aggregated reports are kept indefinitely.
- Server logs. Approximately 90 days, then rotated.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Ask what we hold about you (right of access)
- Have it corrected (right of rectification)
- Have it deleted (right to erasure / right to be forgotten)
- Receive it in a portable format (right to portability)
- Object to or restrict our processing (rights of objection & restriction)
- Withdraw consent at any time (where consent was the basis)
To exercise any of these rights, email info@aipartners.tech. We'll reply within 30 days.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to your local data-protection regulator if you're outside the UK.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We use one category of cookie: analytics, set by Google Analytics, only when you click Accept. We don't use advertising, social-media tracking or session-replay cookies.
You can change your mind any time. Clearing your browser's site data for aipartners.tech will remove your stored consent choice and bring the banner back on the next visit.
9. Updates to this notice
We'll update this page if our processing changes materially — for example, if we add a new third-party service or a new lawful basis. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Significant changes will also be flagged in our reply to any active brief.
