Quote desk automation
Enquiries arrive by email, web form and WhatsApp. Someone reads each one, finds the customer, checks pricing, confirms availability, writes the quote and sets a reminder to chase. Most of that is mechanical. We automate the mechanical part and leave the pricing judgement with your team.

Where quoting actually breaks
It rarely breaks at the pricing. It breaks at the edges.
- Enquiries arrive in too many places. The web form goes to the CRM, the WhatsApp messages go to whoever is holding the phone, and the referrals go to a personal inbox. One person decides what becomes a real lead, and during a campaign that decision gets made a hundred times in a morning.
- Quote values never reach the CRM. Quotes get written in a separate tool, so nobody can say what was quoted last month or what converted. The pipeline number is a guess.
- Follow-up depends on memory. Everyone agrees quotes should be chased within 24 hours. Nobody can police it.
What we automate
Capture and qualify
Every channel lands in one place. AI reads the enquiry, works out whether it is a genuine opportunity, extracts what matters (site, scope, dates, contact) and creates the lead with that context attached. Ambiguous cases go to a person rather than being discarded.
Prepare the quote
Customer history, previous pricing, stock or crew availability and the standard terms are assembled into a draft. A person reviews the numbers and sends it. We do not automate the commercial judgement, because that is the part worth paying someone for.
Track and chase
The quote value lands in the CRM against the opportunity, so pipeline is a fact rather than an estimate. Follow-up is scheduled automatically and escalates if it is missed. Nothing goes cold silently.
Report
Quoted value, conversion rate, average time to quote, and which sources actually produce revenue. Usually this is the first time the owner has seen those four numbers together.
How we sequence it
We build one workflow first, usually capture and qualification, because that is where leads are being lost outright. That takes four to six weeks. Each subsequent workflow is roughly two weeks, because the integration work is already done.
The reason for sequencing rather than building everything at once is not caution. It is that the first workflow teaches us things about your operation that would have made the other three wrong.
Fixed scope and a fixed fee, on 20/30/50 milestone terms. No platform licence from us, and you own the cloud tenant it runs in. Where the shape of the work is not yet clear we start with a fixed-price discovery that converts into the build price.
Common questions
Yes. WhatsApp is a first-class channel in most of the operations we work in, particularly in the Gulf, and we integrate through the WhatsApp Business API and shared-inbox tools rather than treating it as an afterthought.

Plain English is fine. We'll ask the technical questions on the call, and if we're not the right fit we'll say so on the first one.
